The following policy is applicable to the information, on the collecting, use and disclosure practices for Memorable Authentic Inc., a Quebec Corporation (“Memorable Authentic” or “We”) and its Website or social media pages and accounts that are available on computer, or any other electronic device (together, the “Sites”) and Memorable Authentic services (the “Services”). For the purposes of this Agreement, “Website” means www.memorableauthentic.com or any other website through which Memorable Authentic makes its Services available and posts this policy. 

Your use of the Sites and Services tells us you have read and accept the practices outlined in this policy. This privacy policy applies to personal information that we may obtain from you, how we use it and under what circumstances we can disclose it. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Memorable Authentic does not own or control or to people it does not employ or manage. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED  

In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information or pieces of information that could allow you to be identified. We ask and collect your personal information in several ways, including, but not limited to, when you:

1. Account creation through the Sites.

When you register to create an account (the “Account”), Memorable Authentic collects your personal information, which include your first name, last name and email. The following optional information can also be collected: phone number, postal address, date of birth and gender.

2. Payment Information. 

When you make a financial transaction with Memorable Authentic, you may have to provide, in addition to your name and email and your billing address in order to confirm your order and comply with applicable law. When we use the services of third-party payment processors, we will not collect nor store any of your payment information (such as a bank account or credit card information). Collection and use of your payment information are then subject to those third-party payment processor’s privacy policies.  

3. Marketing Communications. 

When you request to receive promotional communications via email or SMS messages, we may collect personal information such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number and interests in order to provide you with the service you requested.  

We will not contact you for promotional purposes unless you specifically agree to be contacted for such purposes. Memorable Authentic reserves the right to stop sending marketing communication at any time. You have the option to opt-out of our marketing communications by following the instructions for unsubscribing included in our marketing communications, by changing your notification settings within your Memorable Authentic Account, when applicable, or by contacting Memorable Authentic at the following link: https://memorableauthentic.com/pages/contact-us. 

Please note that even if you opt-out of promotional communications, we may still need to contact you with important information about your Account or the Sites and the Services.  

4. Comment and Question. 

When you comment, ask a question, or otherwise contact us via our Sites, email or any other means of communication, we may collect personal information such as your first name, last name, email address and phone number. Also, by posting or contacting us on our social media accounts, we may collect your personal information you have made publicly available on the social networking site, such as your name, profile picture, cover photo, username, gender, friends network, age range, location, friend list and any other information you have made public.  

5. Survey, Contest, Offer. 

When you respond to a survey, participate to a contest or respond to offers or advertisements, we may collect personal information such as your first name, last name, postal address, phone number, email address and interests. We use this information to administer your participation in the contest or offer and, for surveys, to understand our customers and enhance our product and service offerings, promotions and events. At the time you are entering the survey, offer or contest, we may ask your permission to send you future marketing communications.  

6. Job Application. 

When you apply to work with us through our Sites, we will use your personal information to process your application and to monitor recruitment statistics. We may also use third parties to assist us in our recruitment process, which may have access to your personal information. 

7. Log Data. 

We automatically receive information when you view or engage with our Sites and Services, such as the type, duration and content of your activities on our Sites, which we refer to as “Log Data”, even if you have not created an Account with Memorable Authentic. We use Log Data to operate and optimize our Sites and Services. For example, we review Log Data to determine what content is popular on our Sites. We receive information, such as your IP address, country and city associated with your IP address, information about your browser, device-specific information. We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users’ movements and gather broad demographic for aggregate use. In order to operate our Sites and Services, we keep track of how you interact with links across our platform. This may include links on our Sites, emails, and social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).  

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION  

Memorable Authentic is the sole owner of the information collected on its Sites or through the Services. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways that vary from what is disclosed in this policy. We collect, store, and process information, including personal and non-personal information, in variety of ways in operating our business, mainly:
